My fridge delivered  from  Transport Rangiora  was left on the verandah, with no notification from this company that it was left there ( luckily it wasn't stolen) despite this company having my cellphone and email they did not contact me. 
Goods of this value require a signature and communication when delivery is likely . As I was away the fridge sat outside for 48 hours. Once I contacted the company to find out why no one had rung me to arrange delivery the receptionist did not care nor did she see it an issue. 
Poor service, poor communication
