When your male employee wearing their work attire and  using a work car are parked illegal at Doncaster east Woolworths, for them to then have the audacity to intimidate and yell at a young mother with her sleeping baby in the back seat, and then drive off. Disgusting behaviour by any citizen but to be wearing your work attire how disrespectful! Teach your employees about being out and about and acting as model citizens not like animals! May I add this was a white tall man middle age with a moustache, I tried to get the number plate absolutely Disgusting.

 Hat off to all the bus drivers for the great work they do. People complain all the time but I feel it's hard for a bus driver to actually be on time when roads are congested.  So thank you to everyone who drives a bus.

I am not complaining about traffic delays and late departure or arrival, but some drivers tend to arrive and leave ahead of schedule at stops, especially on weekends when there are not many services, leaving passengers waiting 30mins for the next service.

Some drivers of on smart buses route 901 and 906 pretend not to see passengers chasing the bus even during the daytime, happening 4-5 times on me, every time I called PTV to lodge complaints and they only replied “A record has been added to the driver’s employment history.” But they do wait at certain stops with no passengers to catch up the time when they arrive earlier and skip those stops where more passengers may board the bus. Never seen their service improved anyways

I’m impressed with all bus models and numbers, except Buses #2000 and #2001, which are the 2010 Scania K310UA Custom Coaches CB60 Evo II, because there is no front seat. I think they should make a front seat, so that it could fit 110 passengers instead of 108.
