At about 5:30 today 31/10/24 I saw Kinetic bus No. 119 nearly run down a man at the pedestrian crossing at Tunstall Square. The man was half way across the road. Another half a step and the bus would have hit him.
Today Bus number 382001, 907 towards Mitcham I got the bus at 8:06 am from Swanston, the driver was the best. I don't know his name to mention but I don't how can I explain the energy and smile that he offered us, it made everyone's day. I really appreciate this kind of respect.
Some drivers of on smart buses route 901 and 906 pretend not to see passengers chasing the bus even during the daytime, happening 4-5 times on me, every time I called PTV to lodge complaints and they only replied “A record has been added to the driver’s employment history.” But they do wait at certain stops with no passengers to catch up the time when they arrive earlier and skip those stops where more passengers may board the bus. Never seen their service improved anyways

Our school had a charter service and it was the worst bus it could be, outdated, leaking air. On the other hand, we had Panaroma, and they sent a coach for us, much better. Right vehicle for right job, is that right?
