Great selection of different Asian groceries with very reasonable prices. I have found the staff friendly and to date have always been good to deal with!
Don't be fooled by the outside look. There's so much treasure inside! They welcome both wholesales and general grocery shopping. We get boxes of coconut water here as it is the best deal in Perth. You will find all Asian items from canned to fresh vegetables and even kitchen ware. A visit is a must for those who crave the oriental taste.
I went there yesterday and shop $80. Very bad customer services. An aunty that seems to be the owner wants to be a cashier but when I was about to pay she ignored me completely and busy with her papers at the cashier's place. I went to the other cashier's boot and no one there. I asked the owner's son to help me, he called the other cashier that was taking a break. This cashier served me. The aunty at the other cashier boot knew that I left the chillies that I wanted to buy at her boot but said nothing. Not a pleasant experience. I will not come back.
Tried to purchase wholesale from these guys to supply my bakeries. called ahead to confirm stock availability. Got there and found no stock for half the items. Owner walked away from me shaking his head, while we're discussing wholesale supply. Tried to sell me at retail price, tried to negotiate but would not even discuss. Waited 45min to discover my order was not even being actioned. Left empty handed after driving 2 hours to visit. As a wholesaler these guys are rubbish, I won't be returning.
A bit off the main strip but still a good spot for Asian groceries.
Wish i found it earlier, great selection from many parts of Asia, good prices, staff who are happy to help. I will be back often. Well worth a visit if you need any Asian products.
From our experience when we are cooking up a storm, trans has everything we need! Its been even better with the access of cartons of Thai Green Fanta mmm mm mmmmm. Since we cant fly, having green fanta reminds us of our business trips in Thailand
