A beautiful high tea experience with a gorgeous view and silver service. Our considerably dietary needs were also handled with care with delicious results.
Been here many times and I love it more each time, lovely setting and very tasty high tea.
Gorgeous hidden and charming riverside location with heritage charm. Tea was lovely but sadly overpriced and not enough water in the pot.. only got 1 cup out of it and paid $3.90 for an extra empty cup we couldn't even fill! They were very busy with hens teas and baby showers so I recommend booking for a weekend visit.
The oldest building in Western Australia tells what it was like living 150 tears ago. Next door - tea rooms to enjoy the river views and slow down for the afternoon
I’ll be perfectly honest, they need to review the quality of the coffee and find something better. But I was very impressed with the gluten free cake selection four options on the day I visited and it is a beautiful establishment and view with a lovely afternoon breeze. I would recommend a visit but stick to the tea.
Lovely place near the river. Nice coffee
Nice fishing spots located around peninsula farm and all around it. Go check the area out when fishing in the swan river. I also recommened Garret road bridge park where there are quite a lot of fish that hang around that spot.

Lovely relaxing atmosphere. High tea was absolutely Delish & great service, friendly staff We also enjoyed a guided tour of Tranby House. Well worth the visit & luved it all. Will be back.
