Definitely in my top 5 tram stops. Good selection of tram routes. Would wait here for a tram again.
Some reviewers confused this tram stop with the Southern Cross railway station. As tram stops go, this is as good as any in the city with well kept shelters, seats and timetables. Also pedestrian access from the street is convenient since the tram stops in the CBD are not situated at corners now.
A super stop with elevated platforms, shelters with a few seats. Myki Ticket machine. This stop gets busy with people coming off Southern Cross Station and going into city. This is inside the free tram zone.
Very interesting architecture. Facilities are well kept with staff on sight. There are restrooms and various shops in the station.
Great station easy to use especially Vline
Very bright and airy station, close to the city, Everything was in working order, friendly staff to assist if needed, lots of coffee shops and eateries.
Overcrowded all the time, being a key stop during peak periods. Can't be helped.
infrastructure is alright and the staff near the platforms are nice.
Support staff always available and location is very convenient.
