Great day out seeing the beautiful old trains and enjoying a calm ride on an old diesel train. I took a disabled client there and with help from some of the lovely volunteers to get her onboard, we had a most enjoyable time.
Super friendly and helpful staff. The rail museum is a fantastic relaxing outing. Our 2.5 y/o loved it!
Such a treasure. The new facility is amazing, the staff are wonderful and the trains are great. Took my two boys and they had a blast. The highlight was the train ride and seeing a part of 3801.
Awesome the museum has Thomas engines on display, kids can go in and explore. The outdoor has old train engines and carriages that kids can explore. You can also enjoy 40 minutes train ride, steam engine over the weekends or normal one over the weekdays. It is approx 1.5 hours from Sydney and good place for day trip with kiddos.
