Training Day has become my favourite place to train. The gym is always clean, has everything you need, and the new reformer machine has been such a great bonus in my routine.nAlso, a quick shout-out to Alli at the front desk shes always super friendly and makes the place feel welcoming the second you walk in :nIt’s just an all-round great environment with a really good vibe. Couldn’t recommend it more !!
I've always felt like this gym is my second home. All the members are so welcoming. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the equipment is top tier. What more could you want?nnA++
Such a clean space and welcoming environment, also special shout out to Emily who goes above and beyond and was honestly so helpful, accommodating and brought such positive energy, I'll definitely be coming back!!
The best gym community you would come across in Melbourne! They also often hold events for their members which is always super fun to come along to. The most recent was a bbq to celebrate the end of the year and someone brought their dog to say hello. I would recommend this gym to anyone! Thank you Training Day.
