Training Day has become my favourite place to train. The gym is always clean, has everything you need, and the new reformer machine has been such a great bonus in my routine.nAlso, a quick shout-out to Alli at the front desk shes always super friendly and makes the place feel welcoming the second you walk in :nIt’s just an all-round great environment with a really good vibe. Couldn’t recommend it more !!

I couldn’t ask for a better gym atmosphere as someone with a chronic illness who’s building strength at a super slow and steady pace. The equipment is great, and the pin-loaded machines are so easy to use. I loved it so much I had my husband signed up within a week!nnIt’s definitely more relaxed and chilled out as they claim it to be than most other gyms and I really appreciate that there are no lock-in contracts, which is an important aspect for one managing a fluctuating chronic condition. The free PT session upon sign up and the reformer pilates machine on demand is a very nice bonus as well. Val was wonderful walking both my husband and I through which machines to use for the areas we wanted to target and how to use them correctly.
BEST SERVICE gave the boys free drink!!!! Staying here for life thanks Mikayla for this service appreciate it. GIVE HER A RAISE
