Looks second hand and lighting failed 1st day. The steel used in the construction of the 7x4 trailer we purchased looks like it was recycled from very rusty used steel. The so called 'gal finish' looks like it came from a spray can and the overall finish is very poor. Billy assured me he would give me a new trailer!! I will keep my ugly one... Their customer service is excellent.. The best thing was it is strongly built and cheap compared to other Brisbane supplied trailers. The staff are good and gave us a vynal cover with a Chinese web site printed on it. An honest appraisal, Quality control and overall finish needs improving.

After recently purchasing a 10x5 trailer from these guys i experienced a minor problem with the brakes. So I took it back to see what could be done. Well that was solved quick, they just popped the axle out and put a new one in while I waited , about an I later I'm on my way home. Issue resolved, can't complain about that hey. Trailer is well constructed and tows extremely well. Would highly recommend these trailers. Price, construction and after sales service .... Excellent

Outstanding customer service. We bought the heavy duty 7x5 and it's very well built. Best value trailer in Brisbane. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a work or personal use trailer.

I purchased a brand new 7 by 4 trailer from here 2 months ago. The price was amazing along with the customer service. Part of the sale was a free service one month after purchase. I was away with travel and still honored the agreement two months after purchase. The trailer is performing great 10/10!!!! Highly recommend to anyone needing any size trailer!! Cheers guys
