BAD EXPERIENCE. Betsy you need more training when dealing with customers over the phone and communication between you and your team need massive improvement. I ordered the kit I wanted and when it arrived it was incomplete, no apologies were given. The wheel stud pattern was incorrect. I asked for this to be changed they agreed but then they called me back a couple of days later saying they couldn't because they don't have any wheel hubs to drill out until the new year. I feel that this was just an inconvenience for them and overall they just couldn't be bothered with it. Very unprofessional!
We have been working with Trailparts for years now and are very satisfied with their products - The all team is very professional and friendly. We mainly deal with Craig and have to say that he is on point! Highly recommended
Very helpful staff. I had no idea what I was talking about at the start of my trailer build but they have put me in the right direction. Not sure I could of assembled those axles on my own and the warranty made it well worth it... Thanks guys!!!

Answers the phone promptly and very helpful with a solution to my constant brake failures in my old calipers. New one are working solid. Top doggs :-D

My partner travelled over to dargaville to pick up some parts today to be told they don't do over the counter sales Very disappointing. I phoned earlier and they said it was okay to go over and pick up the parts.
Very dissatisfied when I stopped in to pick up a pintle trailer hook. A young man was very unhelpful and informed me they don't do over the counter sales. I traveled an hour to get no service.
With stock/import issues over the last few months it has been good to be kept informed and updated. Cheers Craig!!!
