The facial at Trading Faces was amazing. Jane, the owner, did it and she was fantastic. She has the hands of a skin magician. My skin looked and felt sensational. I almost floated out of the salon which has a lovely warmth and totally relaxing ambience to it. I recommend this salon.

Trading Faces is the best beauty salon I have ever been too for skin care. It's quite a low key kind of place, but their facials are incredible, and they are the best at waxing too. I used to be in Richmond, but have moved elsewhere now, however I will go out of my way to book my treatments there because once you've had the best why bother with the rest... ! Jane and the Trading Faces team are exceptional at what they do.

I read a google review about this salon that noted the owner - Jane - has the hands of a "skin magician". It's true!! She is fab. I loved the ambiance of this salon. It is upstairs in a heritage building, so it is mixture of warm wood and modern updates. Treatment rooms are clean and modern. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I wanted to update my skincare routine. I'd somehow ended up just using odds and ends mostly picked up from hotel bathrooms  and my skin was rebelling. Jane was really helpful. Left the salon with a nice new set of products - demalogica- and with skin that felt as if it had been given a new lease on life.

Thanks Jane, I had a wonderful facial, neck massage, eyelash tint & eyebrow wax- god, I feel better already and glowing!! I'm new to the Environ product so I was walked through the uses and benefits of the products that would be best suited to me, my skin type and for the results I am aiming for. It was a very relaxing treatment and I would fully recommend anyone to book in at Trading Faces. They do all pre-checks and source from you anything that needs to be noted and or goals you would like to achieve with your skin. The girls are all very polite, caring, relaxing and soothing - so from me it all adds up to a great experience, that I can and would recommend to anyone. Regards Rebecca

Thanks Jane for an amazing facial. As much as I love relaxing I was purely after results and I love that you tailored my facial to suit. Felt 10 years younger when I walked out and my skin can breathe again! Would highly recommend.
