They have array of boots collection you could probably find everything there. Clothe-wise I wish there were more King Gees but still a big place. However, I give 5 star for a staff member named Anna-Lee or Anterly or something. I have wide feet with curvy, high bone, plus my two feet having different sizes so it's always a challenge to find the right shoes. This time it's a working boots, and I know wrong boots send you to the hospital and I couldn't make a sloppy choice. I tried many different shoes, sizes, and even the same size of the same model just different boxes, and for hours this woman made me feel comfortable trying them and she wanted to make sure that I made the right choice. All along.nnYou can say that it's her job, but even though that's true usually what happens is the workers let you know that they hate you. But this woman never did that, she assisted me for hours without an ounce of sign of discomfort, she rather let me know that she was willing to assist. I was really moved by that. And as a result, I found the right boots and I'm still wearing them after months. This all owes to the kind staff member. I can't imagine how torturous it could've been if I didn't get this pair of boots. You helped me greatly, and this 5 star goes to you. Thank you.
Disappointing experience. Ordered blunstones, told they will arrive in 7 business days. Came 1 month and 10 days later. We were the ones calling them on a weekly basis to get told. ‘Didn't make the shipment.’ Not blaming the staff, they were apologetic. But would have gone elsewhere.
If your looking for boots ask for Leanne,nShe gave me a pair of mongrels that I really liked apart from the raised insole she had it a replacement before i even asked. She really knows her stuff.
So annoyed No size on the shelf so asked the girl if anything out the back she checks & says yes there is. Brings me back a pair, I paid, I left & flew out to site. Now Im having to wear a size too damn big for me, as its a size that was already on the shelf & too damn big. At over $100 a pair its too much to be sold the wrong pair let alone having to check... then she was the one that was helping the newbie put thru the sale‍
Has the sweetest employee’s! Very helpful and on the ball. Helped me get everything I needed swiftly and effectively!
