Excellent range of boots. Service was friendly and attentive without being pushy. Prices were a bit cheaper online from other retailers but happy to pay a small premium for good service and stock availability.

I went there last Saturday because my ill fitting boots were giving me a hard time. I spoke to Lauren who was very helpful and knowledgeable, and she helped me find a boot that fits me perfectly and feels like a sneaker. She also gave me lots of tips on how to fit my boots properly. Great customer service! No more foot pain for me, I'll definitely come back!
I bought a pair of steel blue work boots in May 2023 instead of Mongrels which I still wear, At the start of seventh month of a six month 120 days or less, rotation, weekends is all you get btw guarantee the end cap sole came away at the sole defect Never again will I buy from these people again, didn't want to know. Three independent boot repair places said and confirmed my assesment, Consumer Affairs were very supportive should I pursue my claim too,nbut these Traders ? have thenworst customer service, Mongrels in future, Rsea next time
