My partner and I discovered Tradewind when a representative came to our University fair in Canada. It had never crossed our mind to do teaching overseas when we graduated but talking to the representative made us realize it was a possibility for us. He answered all of our questions and was extremely friendly. He guided us through the whole process of what we needed to be a qualified teacher in Australia and what life would be like there. Since we've arrived we have met more amazing Tradewind staff that have helped us every step of the way. They have made things very easy and enjoyable for us and we've both been getting work every day. They introduced an app a few months ago to receive work through and that still needs some work but overall we love Tradewind and would recommend them to anyone!

Professional and organized. I am secondary school teacher and moved from Sydney to Melbourne 2 years ago. Being with Tradewind definitely made my transition much easier and stress free. I was new to the system of teacher recruitment agencies and working as a CRT. Undoubtedly Tradewind exposed me to great opportunities. I also have to admit the staff there knows their teacher's areas of expertise and places them in very appropriate (and convenient) schools. They always go that extra mile to look out for their teachers and offers multiple full-time contract positions throughout the year. In short - a great company to work with!

They have been helpful since before I moved to Melbourne from London UK. I was able to register the following day and got work from the 3rd day of arriving in Melbourne. Great day rates and term time CRT roles available so far; it's been just about a month. Keen to see what Term 4 has to offer, already off to a good start, booked me in for a week at a school not far from me. The app is useful with broadcast messages of jobs available for you to book them in yourself at your convenience. No need to submit any sort of timesheet at all as it's all booked and stored through the app.

I've been connected to a couple of agencies and have found the staff at Tradewind to be wonderful. Very person centred, friendly and efficient. They are always in contact, keeping me informed and providing me with valuable and appropriate work. Can't speak highly enough of this great team. I would and am recommending them to anyone I know who is interested in temping.
