Easily the best and friendliest tool shop I've ever visited. These guys are genuinely interested in helping and you really get the feeling that they are enthusiastic about their work. I had an issue with an air compressor and Dan in particular was an absolute hero for me. He did not give up until the issue was completely resolved. Way out of what he had to do. I really think there is a big point of difference compared to all the other big tool shops. Hugely recommended - don't bother going anywhere else.
Thanks to Callum he absolutely made Lachlan's day and all the boys appreciated the caps, stickers and air-fresheners etc. Thanks for being an absolute legend to our boys and looking after us.

Excellent customer service, can't fault it. Have purchased many items and their prices are on point too. Had an item fail under warranty and they were awesome to deal with. Sent it back without issue. Highly recommend this store.
Great Gear! Great Service! Always been served promptly and given excellent advice/recommendations. There was one occasion where I had an issue with a blower I purchased but they got it sorted for me without any fuss. Definitely recommend these guys for top service and reliable equipment.
Spending 100$ for Trash welding helmet It was broken after only three weeks of purchase, and no refund was given. I always Explained but the manager keep saying is your problem and the attitude was not friendly.
Before Christmas 2017 I came in to purchase some equipment for my art project. I had no idea or knowledge of the equipment or how it operates. The gentlemen who approached me at the counter was very helpful and explained everything. When I returned to purchase the products another gentlemen took me through the function of the compressor, and the use of the staple gun. There was a lot to remember, but this gentle was patient, explained everything well and told me about the safety. After taking all the stuff home, the compressor did not work as I lacked understanding on how it worked, I returned the product back to the shop, and another gentlemen gave my son and I a demonstration on how the compressor works. I would like to thank the men who helped me, to purchase the right product which would be suitable for my project, for always being helpful, always giving your best in making sure customer service was 100% satisfied. I would recommend any person to shop at this store. Thank you for an awesome customer service.
Not understanding, sadly spoke to the biggest boss Jeremy and didn't want to fix a pressure washer after warranty. People have problem with money and they are not a all sympathetic. I received the pressure washer in a dreadful stage, with seals missing and a different pump, pouring water out of it just because we couldn't afford to repair it with them, only a mth.ofter the warranty expired. Sad
Bought a set of Ego pole hedge trimmer and lawn edger. A very good deal from Tradetools and customer services rep Brendan is very responsive and helpful. Only gripe is the choose of Startrack who, despite multiple attempts to resolve the delivery in various ways by both the seller and myself, were unable to deliver in 3 weeks' time. I ended up driving 50km each way to the depot to pick up the item. Be mindful of the courier if you have experienced any problem with Startrack in your area.
