25 February 2023. Terrible customer service. We came in to purchase a replacement item and we’re totally ignored by both staff members. Not even an acknowledgment of our presence.
Great service in years gone by but thats gone. No response at all over the last week and a half to multiple emails and messages left for urgent replacement parts. Even if busy due to current climate, a simple acknowledgment that you are doing something about it would go a long way. Will now go to a different supplier but pretty disappointing.

Very pleased with the service provided , extremely prompt to answer your questions ,Product delivered when said and friendly installers on time and very professional.
I ordered a replacement gas hot water system on a Saturday morning. it was delivered that morning. Office staff and delivery driver were both professional and courteous and the delivery driver very helpful. Well done to all the team.

Walked in today and the two girls standing behind the desk were just taking to themselves while we were looking at toilets. We weren’t acknowledged once we we there. Zero service nor care for their customers. I’ll take our business elsewhere.
