Unknowingly showed up at closing time with a siezed tap spindle.  The two staff didn't hesitate to help me out.  Although a replacement spindle to match wasn't available the gentleman got out the tools and proceeded to spend the next 20 mins dismantling my seized spindle.  This got me on the right path to finish the repair at home.  Thank you so much for the amazing customer service.

Dear Doig,  hold off on both of those quotes till I buy my towel rack!!!
