I would like to thank Kathryn and Vickie at the showroom who made the process of a full unit renovation with all kitchen and bathroom fittings easy painless and somewhat fun . There great attitude and flexibility and abilities to find hard sizes and get them on time and on cost was a real saver. I've been a client of Tradelink in Hobart now since Vikki Maddox started working for them. I was introduced via a friend of hers and what an amazing change it's been to my building business to be able to direct My clients to become hers. Nothing is ever a problem...and her humor definitely helps when dealing with complicated new builds and renovations. Don't hesitate to drop in and ask for her....I have no doubt she will offer everyone the same level of super personalized service that she has me and all my staff.

Tradelink have always been helpful with assisting my clients to select the correct fixtures & fittings for their house renovations, extensions or new house builds. Vikki in particular in the North Hobart store has always been a massive help for my clients and is always a lovely person to deal with. Vikki always goes above and beyond to assist where she can. Ever helpful with a smile and good humour nothing is any trouble for Kathryn and Vikki, they are always keen to resolve any issue no matter how difficult. With their extensive knowledge they research relentlasly until a satisfactory solution is found. We would not consider using any other plumbing supplier.

Really unimpressed. Made an appointment in July, discussed colors for vanity and was advised i could decide and confirm a finish at a later time, the sales consultant then put down a color and ordered it. When I found this out, I contacted them and said we hadn't confirmed a color,, this needs to be rectified. Was told they would chat to my builder and call me back, Didn't receive a call back until 30 days after from my builder and was told if i wanted to change finish, it would be more expensive and i would have to wait 30-60 days for it to arrive. As we would love to move into our new extension, we have begrudgingly accepted this vanity with 0 follow up from tradelink. When I spoke with them today, I was told "im not getting into this with you again" 0 Stars for customer service.

I followed Vikki too tradelink North Hobart from her previous company as her industry knowledge, customer service and helpfulness was so outstanding I’m pleased to say the service has been multiplied with Vicky and Kathryn teaming up in the showroom providing excellent customer service, they are friendly and very helpful with there extensive knowledge and access to top quality products at competitive prices. highly recommended, knowledgeable staff, good deals On quality products that last the test of time, Handy trade hint . There is a reason tradesmen shop at Tradelink . Substandard plumbing fittings do fail and more often than you likely think. if they do, they can cause MAJOR damage.
