Shocking customer service, extremely long wait times on the phone. Sms call back service asked for a suitable time to call me back, I replied 'Now', 3 days later still no call. Internet is constantly dropping out making streaming TV impossible on their fastest plan.
Never ever sign jo for tpg mobile. I switched providers two weeks ago and my data didn’t work which was frustrating. However since then things have gotten worse and I can no longer make/receive calls or texts messages. I have called them every single day about the issue and NOTHING has happened. Every fall concluded the same with them asking to call me back in two minutes or two hours and not ONCE have i been called back. Today I thought I might actually get somewhere as she said she would email me an update but no. It’s been the big headache and has impacted both my work and personal life as I’ve also missed several important health appointments. I tried to buy a new sim for another provider but I am not receiving verification codes so I am unable to switch providers because they cannot verify the number is mine. TPG literally has my number hostage. Please save yourself from the headache and stress and avoid TPG mobile.
Gave one star cause cannot rate lower. Worst 5G service. After distributing flyers in the building and promising 5G, couldn't even provide a decent 4G speed. Worst customer care. False advertising at its best.
My internet keeps on dropping every other day for couple of hours. When I call them, they ask too many scripted question with no help at all. This has been recurring issue since 6months but they have done nothing to fix it though I have been calling them 2-3 times a month.
After an initially terrible customer service experience trying to move my account to my new address, I received quick supply of a NBN router, then concise and polite follow up to ensure everything was set up and working.
Dreadful from start to finish. I signed up with them, and the customer service was so bad, that I cancelled after 24 hours. Rude off shore customer service who kept hanging up on me when I tried to explain the issues I was having with the internet service. All I could hear were chickens squawking in the background throughout the call. I have never come across more rude, unhelpful and arrogant customer service staff. JUST AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
The only reason why there's a star is because I can't give it a 0. They will not hesitate to STEAL money from your account even when they fail to deliver a service, over charge for services they can't provide you and lie every single time you contact the call center Don't use this company
Worst service I have ever received. Put in a contract after being told by phone and email I would not be and then charged a contract cancellation fee taking the money from my account unauthorised. I am owed $245 and was unable to work for over a week due to customer service and connection issues
This poor service. We are staying for 3 day without internet. Do you know how it's hard if you have kids please respect your customers!
Don't know if they even deserve 1 star. Terrible customer service. They say they will call you back but they don't. Been on hold for over 4 hours now. Called three different support lines, still waiting for any of those three to call me back. Said they would call back in 60 minutes but figured out they absolutely full of garbage. Don't recommend at all. Go to Telstra or somewhere else, a place that actually values your time.
