Fantastic range of toys at good prices! If you find cheaper elsewhere they will price match.
Good for toys. Staff in the baby section was knowledgeable. Great to find the pumps for breastfeeding and all the equipment for prams and car seats. Clothes expensive.
Great selection of toys for younger children, stock levels at the Innaloo store tend to not be great though. Look out for special offers at they often have them for popular toys.
Not enough staff in the shop, always can't find someone to help on us. But once you found one, they are friendly. The shop is big and price is good though.
Great store layout and were happy to price match on a product we saw elsewhere cheaper.
The Innaloo store sold me the faulty stroller. When I reached home, the tyre came out while taking my baby out for walk. When discussed with store manager, her behaviour was very rude and she was helpless. After wasting my hours, the salesperson replaced the tyres from another stroller. The overall experience was really bad.

I just did my Christmas shopping for my two boys in under 15 minutes, huge variety, easy, friendly staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else
