If I could vote zero starts I would. After around 18 months of having a prado ordered and being given the run around every time we enquired to today being told to expect another 9 months we’ve pulled the pin and heading elsewhere. We’ve been told the car was on the boat 2 separate times, been told we’d have it the week before Christmas only to ring after the holiday period and work out it was in fact here but had been on sold. We understand it’s a testing time in the car market but a little transparency goes a long way.. Extremely disappointed. Will not be dealing with Echuca sales team again.
12/04/23 I bought a camry accent sport from Echuca Toyota!!! I started of not being happy as I live in Melbourne and made a phone call to put a deposit on a car I was certain I wanted, a female saleswomen answered that goes by Katie and told me the others weren’t available can I help you I already knew I didn’t want to go with her she’s very pushy she said no one else is available and if she can help me, I told her I want to hold onto a car until I get there , she took the deposit to hold the car from me and kept pushing me to sign the forms where she’s a sales person even though I told her I’m not even certain yet but the manager explained they need some sort of paperwork Katie didn’t even give me my receipt for a $1000 deposit, i had so many questions about the car and the paperwork and she wouldn’t answer my calls or text she only cared about making a sale, But that doesn’t stop me!!! I refused to sign anything that has your name on it and red-did the the papers she was not gonna ruin this experience for me no one would I have great trust in Toyota and their salesman so I drove up to a Echuca and and I met the team which were the complete opposite to her, THEY WERE THE MOST AMAZING DEALERSHIP and trust me I’ve seen multiple Toyota dealerships but these guys go above and beyond for the customers, they even helped transport me to the bank to grab the check great convos Rome is hilarious they were so considerate and understanding that I wasn’t from there and I was far from home, MICHAEL was the best salesman I honestly thought I knew everything about the camrys but I discovered at least 7 new features and learnt so much more about the car I just fell in love with the vehicle, I realised I never knew everything about the car thanks to his help he took the time to take me out on a test drive show me everything, all features, literally everything about the car and dealt with all my dramatic behaviour about my ribbon ceremony, I was overexcited!!! He sat down and took the time to go through every paperwork with me English is my 4th language I find too much paperwork scary, but he read carefully through every part to my full understanding, Sam was an awesome sales manager The person that insures the car was away so he made sure I didn’t drive that car away without full insurance. These guys were polite and had a smile on their face the entire time!!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’m very happy with my experience.
I ordered a brake line for my Toyota it was the right part but I ended up not needing it when I went to return it they said no returns on ordered parts there was no mention of any of these return rules when I purchased the part I thought under consumer law you could return any part? it was still in the original packaging and I had the receipt I even offered to pay for the return freight on the item so buyer beware there's a small disclaimer in the corner of your receipt so be very what you order
We spoke with Sam Dinan, and he was pleasant and easy to talk to. I'd call him again if another suitable car became available. Did not purchase the car after we went for a drive in.
From first enquiry to purchase and then delivery, the whole experience at Echuca Toyota was brilliant. My salesman Sam was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions. I highly recommend Echuca Toyota
Booked in for a service and to get a squealing noise inspected. 2021 hilux 30000kms Travelled 200km round trip due to my local dealer being to busy was told over the phone to allow 90 mins as he knew I was travelling Got there at 8am at 11.30 am I "asked" for an update! the car hadn't been looked at so I told em where to go and bring my car back immediately Luke also tried to tell me to my face that he told me on the phone they needed the car u til 4.30 pm which they DID NOT or I would have made other arrangements nor did they say this when I dropped it of and sat in front of them all in the waiting area for 3 and half hours without a word been spoken to me. I will never buy a Toyota again and I will be cancelling my partners 300series order as soon as I finish this review. P.s 2021 hilux rogue is a p.o.s...
We where on a travelling holiday and Our Toyota Prado had a real wheel sensor problem which had been diagnosed at a auto electrician which we told them about plus showed them the diagnosed sheet of paper but they still had to diagnosed that it was the same thing and then charged us over $500 dollars and then could not fix it for a fortnight time which we did not have so we left and when we got to our next destination we got the part and had no problem in getting it fixed by a mechanic would not go to this business again
Echuca Toyota get an 11 out of 10. Went out of their way to fit me in on short notice. Super impressed with the whole experience. Hat off to Megan in particular. Thanks guys.
