I recently purchased a VX 300 series Landcruiser from Stawell Toyota, which I couldn’t be more happier with. I have just had my first service with Stawell Toyota. They are exemplary in every way. The purchase experience was excellent from beginning to end. They are helpful and efficient & the first service experience was perfect. The team go out of their way to ensure the best outcome for their clients and nothing is to much trouble. Above all they are trustworthy & competitive. I could have purchased in Melbourne, however after my initial dealings with the Stawell Toyota team I drove 300klm as they deserved my business & I will continue to do the same. Highly recommended!

I was provided with the highest level of service I have ever experienced, the Service Manager David went above and beyond to provide me with information and assistance to guide me through what would have been an extremely stressful situation if not for his guidance, I must add that the issue I had was not caused by the dealership whatsoever, however he was more than happy to help get it all sorted out and provided details of the options I had to get the best possible outcome. I would drive past 1000 other dealerships to go here again as I am so impressed and confident that the same level of exceptional service would be provided each and every time. Thanks again guys, you should all be proud of the team you have because you are doing an amazing job!!

Omg how amazing are these ppl at stawell toyota. For service 15 out of 10, for professionalism the same score, for friendliness easily the same score. I don't know what David's position is but what a truly lovely guy who goes above and beyond to help with your car issues. As a 69 y.o. woman they treated my car and myself with the utmost respect and just don't over charge. Thank you at the toyota team
Had my Landcruiser serviced by this dealer today. As a passing through traveler l found them excellent. They allowed me and my 2German shepherds to wait in show room supplied bowl of water for girls tea/ coffee biscuits if l wanted. Girls had lots of pats from staff ,11 out of ten guys thankyou. Highly recommend.
I spoke with Matt in spares yesterday to get me out of a jam and get some floor mats for my wife's Kluger for her Birthday. Her birthday is today, which gave Matt a slim 24 hour window to come up with the goods & help me out. Well, today i have those mats, delivered to my business address & my marriage will live to fight another day! Thanks again Matt & team from Stawell Toyota, appreciate the outstanding service, Oh What A Feeling!!!!!
Rip off merchants, charged over $2,500 to service my hilux, replaced my old man emu front suspension that had nothing wrong with them with cheap and nasty Chinese copy’s of a copy without asking, charged for regreasing my wheel bearings and when my wheel fell off on the way home and nearly killed me and put me into the path of an oncoming truck, they told me they never had the wheels off and admitted no fault. The worst Toyota dealership in the business, will never deal with the muppets again.
Very professional and friendly staff. The 200k service wasn't cheap at $1000 but I wouldn't trust any one else to do such an extensive service.
