Well maintained fairways and green considering the amount of rain that has been dumped here. If your hitting the balls well then you don't have to worry about the rough, can be difficult to find your ball at times.nClub house staff and friendly and very helpful.nWill diffently be back when im in the area.
I am sorry to say I would not play here at the moment. The greens are in a terrible state with bare sand and sometimes it is like putting in a sand pit. The tees are also in poor condition. I am not sure if it is due to lack of water or not. Perhaps reassess in 3 months time.
Looks nice enough, haven’t played here yet only came for first aid and CPR training at the australia wide training which is hard to find and located upstairs in one of the buildings
One of the best golf courses in north Queensland, totally recommend having a game there. Professionally managed by very happy staff.
What a disappointing day of golf, the course is in poor condition and the greens keepers are constantly in the way, working in the same direction as the players so you keep running into them, the course severely lacks signage of the new layout and the GPS system in the cart’s is awful and constantly shut the cart off, don’t waste your money here and just go straight to rowes bay for a much more enjoyable day of golf
