We had my partners grandads l funeral service here a few months ago and we couldn’t of been happier with the outcome. Each and every one of the staff members showed so much compassion and love during this absolutely difficult time.

Lori, Candice and the team were fantastic. They very easy to communicate with, and they put on a lovely service. I would thoroughly recommend using them.

Highly recommend, the staff are amazing, kind, understanding and very helpful. Was able to take my loved one ashes home on the day of the memorial, as we got him cremated be4 the service. The service was very touching and I will forever be so grateful for what the team done for me , in my time of need. Well done and thank you all.

I have had to sadly attend a few funerals recently and i cant give enough praise to everyone at Townsville Funerals for all the effort they put into accommodating special request and in helping make everyone feel so comfortable on the day. They went above and beyond every time, the service was also so beautifully done and the place was impeccable and very modern and elegant as well.

Townsville cremations did my fathers memorial service. Which means we had him cremated and a service after he returns. The whole team was extremely helpful at our family worse time. We had our memorial service at my bothers home which was a very beautiful service by Lori and Neville Boyle. What I did find is that they were very happy to do our service as the sun was setting this was my fathers favourite time of day. Dad was treated to the up most respect we all got to say goodbye to dad before he left Glendale. The team from Townsville Cremation waited for all of us to be their before dad was picked up. The whole team are wonderful to work with. Thankyou Townsville Cremation’s for everything for dad funeral. And when the floods came mum lost the photo of dad which was on his coffin and I rang Lori and she printed another one for mum. This made mum feel so much better.

Everyone was so wonderful during this time. The service was beautiful and everyone at Townsville Cremations went above and beyond for us for which we will forever be appreciative

Townsville Cremations helped me back in April and May when my father got sick and passed away suddenly. They offered a low cost option for a cremation with no service as per my Dad's wishes. The team was incredibly helpful and practical and I couldn't have asked for more. Its a family run business, which gives it a nice personal touch, and they personnally collect your loved one when its time, day or night some other companies outsource late night collections or charge extra fees. Highly recommend!

Townsville Cremations were our funeral directors of choice for my father who passed away in January. All the staff were lovely and their process was relatively quick and ‘painless’.
