Townsville Brewing Co.

A good place to chill after exploring the town. It was warm if not hot in far North Queensland. They brew their beer locally and I must say, I enjoy them. I had the beer paddle, I forgot how much but it surely didn’t cost a fortune. The beer was refreshing and light. They do comes with unique names and interesting illustrations. The chip was generous serving for under $10. Inside it has few pool tables and a big screen for footy. The service was friendly and fast. The brewery adjacent to the old post office building, very nice for a photo shot and located in the town centre. Don’t forget to drop by if you happen to visit Townsville.

Good selection of beers, lovely staff. Haven from the the heat. $15 lunch with a cold schooner and chips. Simple. Good.

Had Tuesday night dinner here and enjoyed the steak special with some arancini and king prawns as starters. Everything was delicious, the staff were super friendly and the drinks were great. Will definitely be back.

Great local brewery in the heart of Townsville offering local brewed beers, food and a lovely location to catch up with friends over a cold one. We enjoyed the tasting paddle of 9 in house brews and were pleasently surprised. I highly recommend.

Great location and venue in the old post office. Plenty of seating in a spacious venue and large outdoor areas. Good range of local brewed beers. Good quality pub food. Staff were friendly and helpful but some could use some additional training.

Had to settle down for Townsville lager as Legends lager was unavailable. Townsville lager was not bad. We also had early dinner which was good. There are few vegetarian options available. It gets really crowded during happy hour on a Friday evening.

I came in for dining and the service was great. Food was very tasty. Waitresses were excellent. Sampled the local beer and I reckon it should be available at every pub in Townsville as I thought it was that good. I'll be coming back again.

Nice relaxing atmosphere, good selection of beers and light lunch menu. Live music and friendly staff.

Love Friday's, happy hour 5 till 6pm. Mighty cold brewed beer. Great food & pool.what more can u ask for.

My favourite place to go in the city. Always has a wide selection of craft beers available as well as the usual selection. Atmosphere is welcoming, food is always top notch, plenty of seating and has as big screen for game nights. Often has bands playing the usual inoffensive selection of pub rock.
