The lengths that Don West and his service team went to fix my car went well and truly above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend their services to my closest friends and family, as well as anyone else that asks.
I bought a 2019 BMW 330i pre-owned from Townsville BMW in June 2020. Fantastic customer service experience, I couldn't rate these guys any higher. I dealt initially with Shane Bright General Manager and then also with Justin Harle Sales Manager. I am in Perth and they made the whole experience of buying a car from the other side of the country sight unseen as easy as possible. I loved the way they filmed a video for me to show me and talk me through the car, allowing for a virtual inspection before buying. Justin also filmed a very professional detailed delivery video for me to explain the features of the car. They arranged for door to door delivery to me in Perth which was very convenient for me. Unfortunately the car transport company lost one of the key fobs in transit. I told Townsville BMW Justin about this immediately, they sorted it all out for me asking for the transport company to search for the missing keys and then when they couldn't be found, arranging for a replacement to be sent to me promptly at no cost to me. Great experience, highly recommended.
Very happy I bought my BMW 120i through Townsville BMW, couldn't have asked for a better price for a premium car, brand new as well! It was a pleasure dealing with Adam to purchase my BMW M340i beast and Ryan with sorting a low rate finance. Both made the complete process simple and fast. High recommended.
I love my car. The customer service I received when buying it was wonderful. The team was easy to deal with and I felt a genuineness that I didn’t expect. The ladies who answer the phone services are also very helpful/polite. I’ve had my car serviced with the BMW mechanical team several times now. They’re kind and the work they have done has been great. Overall I have had a good experience with them. It can be difficult to organise parts when needed. I would recommend double checking that it’s been delivered before scheduling any service. I have made the mistake of driving all the way to TSV only for the parts to not be there yet. Something to be mindful of: When I purchased my car I was informed that the team travels to Mackay annually to service their customers here. In the four years I’ve had my car they have only done this once. I purchased a 5 year servicing plan which would be completely wasted if I did not drive the 8 hour round trip each year. COVID has obviously had a huge impact on the delivery of the service and I don’t hold it against them. I am hopeful that it will be started up again now that covid is not such a threat.
Want to say a big thanks to Justin, Ryan, Shane and the rest of the team at Townsville BMW for the exceptional service buying my next car. They were very informative, honest and efficient to deal with and we very much appreciate all they did for us. Thank-you!
In all my years purchasing motor vehicles all over VIC, NSW & QLD, no dealership has ever come close to matching the impeccable level of customer service that Townsville BMW is known for. It comes as no surprise that they were awarded for it in 2019/20. Adam, Ryan, Shane, Danielle & Justin truly go above and beyond in ensuring that the client is looked after as an individual. Suffice it to say, every dealership could learn from their stellar performance and I personally look forward to doing in business with them for years to come
I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Townsville BMW. The purchase of my car was an arduous experience for them - constantly changing my mind on what I wanted/needed for 10 months, but they couldn’t do more to help guide me in the right direction. Justin was fantastic - even now some five months after purchase, it’s never an issue to call into the dealership, see the team and have a chat. Absolute professionals, extremely knowledgeable and customer focussed. Never did I feel pressured to buy - the team - and especially Justin - only made my experience more enjoyable. The after sales experience is just as good - any issue of which I’ve only had a single one was fixed without delay. Plus, I wasn’t ever without transport with loan cars offered without question. If you’re in the market for a new BMW - buy local. You won’t be disappointed!
Very good service and customer care. Vehicle has performed flawlessly in recent flooding and very difficult conditions- speaks volumes for genuine parts and service, both BMW Motorrad and MINI departments. When the water hit too deep to risk driving through I switched to the near invincible R1200GSA- made access to work and even helped herd cattle in a pinch!! Thank you again- you have won my return business.
