We went here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and the place was buzzing! It's definitely a vibe! The ambiance and service is top notch!nnWe loved the antipasti and the mains, but we probably wouldn't order the fish again. It was a bit too fishy. The bread is so good, we'll be going back!!nnThe girl who served us was also very lovely!! We had to wait 15 extra minutes for the bread and she very kindly took it off the bill!!
Came here with my friend while visiting her in Bondi and oh my god, the food was amazing. The flavours were so simple but done perfectly, and everything came with such friendly service in a really lovely setting. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but honestly so worth it. I’d happily make the trip back just for this.
A fabulous Sunday lunch venue filled with a well dressed crowd and great vibe. Food is made for sharing and fresh, clean and delicious.nHighlights are the puffy bread and ricotta, with fresh tomatoes. The steaks are amazing -they do take 40 minutes as they are cooked fresh. And chocolate torte is gorgeous as is the sticky date. Amazing wine list with a huge selection of fabulous bottles.
Small plates are all good, we had their famous wood-fired bread they built the oven just for this , olives, mushrooms, salted beetroot, chicken liver parfait , burrata creamy! nnEnjoyed the grilled flatfish, pappardelle lamb ragu is above average, salad is fresh.
Foods were very good. Many of their menus were good. The gnocchi was my favorite, but other were good too. The wood fire bread is overrated, I think.. It was good with burata cheese, but not like very special. Service was good. But the atmosphere was very ordinary. Prices are on the higher side.
