The new owner of Total Span Manawatu should have had customer service lessons from the old owner before he brought it. Unfortunately we brought from the old owner and weren't ready to build until the new one took over. Everything was too much trouble, molehills got turned into mountains and communication was intermittent. Be wary. To be charitable maybe the new owner has overwhelm at running a new business but teething problems can be understood a poor attitude can not. Final garage was of nice quality due to good kit set and the local builder who subcontracted to actually do the work was good. The person running the show needs to work on his professionalism.

My partner and I could not be happier with our experience with Totalspan Manawatu. For a bit of context, my partner works shifts and can be a tad grumpy if woken up from her much needed sleep! The team at Totalspan Manawatu worked with us to plan site visits and work etc at times that suited us despite not being the easiest process for the company. This flexibility was absolutely amazing.

Every single contractor used by Totalspan Manawatu was amazing. From the team that prepped the site and poured the pad to the builder and the team that installed our stunning cedar feature door, the quality of work and attitude of those doing the work was exemplary.

Choosing Totalspan Manawatu to build our double garage was the best decision we could make. They will get all our future business and hand on heart I recommend them to anyone in our region.

Totalspan Manawatu are great.  Warwick and the team are fantastic for going the extra mile by working with the council so we don't have to.  This really speeds things up.  I have asked Warwick to quote garages at rental properties and he is always on time for the appointment, and the advice is great.  His team can also do all the concrete work required.  I have no trouble referring them to my family and friends.  The quality of both the service and product are top notch.  Well done.

We have now had two buildings supplied and erected by Totalspan Manawatu. They have supplied a carport and also an American Barn. Both times they have done a brilliant job. On time and with no hidden surprises. Thanks to Warwick and his team for great service. Highly recommened.
