I been in this totally work wear twice.  First, very bad experience with a bad attitude with the women who only works there.  Secondly, same happens to me. She as just rude as the first one. They need to have a friendly customer face and attitude. Which they don't have that.  Customer service are just low as below.

Outstanding service! I was originally after a pair of elastic sided work boots; however, after the staff measured my foot they suggested a zip up boot. I tried both and am so pleased I took the advice of the knowledgeable staff. Now, a week later, I couldn't be happier with my boots. Sorry I can't recall the man's name that fitted me, but thankyou. We now have the same boots.

Went TWW Bundaberg for some boots and got recomended a nice set of Olivers by a Young fella Well Done Good Choice of boot for Me Thank You Awsome Boots no sore feet at end of the day

Wish a staff member could have helped me.Came in looked around picked an item to try on.Did not fit.Put it back on hanger and rack.Walked out.Now thats taking "No contact" to a new level.Sorry to say.

I have been shopping here for a number of years now - nothing is too much trouble for the staff, outstanding communication and service.
