The store is great but it is never open for tradies, it's only open when we are at work. Needs to open earlier, minimum 7am, 6am would be better and needs to be open on Saturday minimum and Sunday half day. It would be their busiest days?
Great selection and options in a well centipede and cool environment to try everything on. Prices were pretty standard. Service was good.

Totally Useless Belmont. I went in store and made an order for 4 new garmets & embroiderey and showed the staff member the current polo and logo that I wanted embroidered for work. There's a clear and obvious difference with the company logo they have on file from 7 years ago and the logo I requested and the logo I showed them in person before ordering. The logo design wasn't proofed with me at the counter to confirm and they went ahead and ordered the uniform with the old logo from 7 years ago. You have no choice but to pay for it all upfront, not when you pick up your order so all you can do is wait to see the completed order. Once I received the uniform back after 10 days, it was all wrong. I would not order/buy embroidered clothing if it’s not what I was expecting to receive!nnI went back in store a couple of days later and requested a full refund for the incorrect uniform which they said they'd have to check with the manager first - the 2 girls on at the time agreed that the staff member that made the order probably didnt check with me first and my Wife was witness to them saying that.nnHere's were it gets worse - after several emails back and forward over 6 weeks with the Store Manager and the Operations Manager, they've insinuated that I'm lying and the staff member followed ALL correct procedures and did check with me first and I allegedly approved it but can not provide proof. Despite providing evidence to support my claim and meeting all the requirements of their refund policy, everyone involved has back peddled and not taken any responsibility.nnThe uniform is still at the store and can't be worn and I'm still out of pocket. The only option they're willing to provide is for me to PAY them to shave the logos off, PAY them for embroidery setup and PAY for all new logos to be put back on which would also take them a further 5 weeks to do it. Absolutely not.nnHad they just initially apologised and offered a full refund or offered to fix their mistake free of charge straight away, it would of prevented 6 weeks of irritation, stress and back and forth with calls and emails. I've submitted a claim to Consumer Protection as the issue can't be resolved to the expected outcome.
