I HIGHLY recommend this company. I needed my speaker for a wedding and Murphy's Law, the battery died 3 days before the wedding. After many frantic phone calls to other companies, Totally Technical came to the rescue. Margaret, plus the guys who work there were amazing. Wednesday, they ordered a new battery from Sydney. Thursday it arrived and by Friday they had put in the new battery and charged it for me. It was all ready for the wedding on Saturday. A very professional, honest and dedicated company.
I can't express what a terrible, life destroying, experience this was. Creating music and recording musicians is time critical and the opportunities that have been lost to me through entrusting my tape recorder they had it for over 6 months with no repair to this business can never be replaced or compensated. I picked it up was charged $120 and now have to start again. Appalling.
They have technically skilled people working there and there rates are very reasonable
Thank you so much to Chris and Margaret for repairing a faulty AXE FXII which was sold to me by one of their previous clients. Totally Technical replaced the motherboard, fixed the fault, and made social isolation enjoyable. Excellent work. Chris and company also fixed a difficult to diagnose and treat Atomic CLR. Thank you for going the extra distance.

I have a guitar pedal which requires specialist service and being interstate, I was hesitant to send it to QLD. Fortunately, totally technical were able to solve my issue and were consummate professionals throughout the entire process. Repair was fast as affordable and I recommend them highly and will deal with them again if I have any similiar issues in the future. Thanks again!

Had a broken key mechanism on my Korg Kronos that needed to be repaired. I am a full time musician and needed this back ASAP 4-8 week period. Dropped it in early February and after 3 weeks the problem was diagnosed. I was told a part needed to be ordered from the U.S and it would arrive within 4 weeks. After 4 weeks they sent me an email saying it hadn't left yet and if I paid for express posting it would be here within 8 weeks. I send an email towards the end of May and receive no response. After 2 weeks I decide to go in person and I find the part still hasn't left and is due to arrive in August. Upon seeing how upset I was, they found a manufacturer in New Zealand who had it and express posted it. It is now the end of June and when I collected it i asked if there would be any compensation and if this time frame seemed reasonable, to which they responded "We didn't charge you extra for the express posting of the part from New Zealand so you saved $30." Deplorable service, severe lack of communication and apart from apologising, no desire to compensate a mistreated customer.
Great Service! Chris really knows his stuff. They are very busy so there may or may not be a wait but the quality of workmanship is evident.
