Dave and the team in the workshop are a great bunch of guys and did a fantastic job of both servicing Fishalot as well as replacing any necessary parts. Their post service testing process is very thorough and Dave did a fantastic job of walking me through the very reasonable invoice for the work they did, as well as giving me some pointers to keep Fishalot in tip top condition and ready for the next fishing mission! Thanks to Dave and team at Bays Boating! You guys are awesome! Tight lines!

Dave and the team at bays boating sold me a second hand boat. Unfortunately there were some problems after the sale. Dave went out of his way to find another part for me and then paid for the repairs to be completed under warranty. It is so easy to be a good company when things go well but it is a great company that stands by you when they dont work out as we all hoped for. Our family is grateful for all your help and thank you for getting us back on the water.
The team at Bays Boating are excellent to deal with! They treat you as they would their own family. Their service is impeccable and nothing is too much trouble. We bought our first boat with them and would not go anywhere else. Highly recommended for both purchases, services and everything else that they offer.
This is my second review of bays boating I bought a new mercury 100 4 stroke outboard and I absolutely love it I’ve done 10 hrs now running in and it’s beautiful so quiet and the fuel economy it’s 40 to 50% better then my old 90 2 stroke, vic and the boys done a great job setting it up and doin the sea trials then vic took me for a sea trial to make sure I was happy and showed me the new motor controls as it’s a lot more advanced then my old old one so again appreciate the time 5 star and AAA +++ cheers
Great service and advice. Found the equipment we needed at a good price and they delivered our dinghy to Havelock...thanks guys.
Twice I talked to them, and they didn't understood what I was saying! Both times! ie outboard is not a 20 or 21 inch, oh they only come in a 20 or 21 inch size. Like hell they do!
Salesman was no help, obviously had better things to do. Missed out on a sale there
Great service. Attention to detail is next to fantastic.
