Lovely and polite staff but the store looks awful with drapes everywhere, I give one star because the prices are just a real rip off I was looking for a Lovense Nora 2 and the price was $329 then another store was selling it for $299 and again another store where I ended up buying it for only $229 and that was a full priced item not on sale which mean that they sell their toys way more expensive than basically anywhere else. Avoid this shop
I have absolutely loved the 2 seperate visits I’ve had to this shop where both times I was assisted by the lovely Shannon. She really went out of her way to ensure I was looked after and was not shy in inroducing me to new products and other options. Kudos to Shannon for making what can be a daunting and nervous visit to the adult shop - an enjoyable and comfortable place! A real asset to your team.

Ripped off, granted I should have done my research but I like to think an established company like this wouldn't take me for a ride. I went in today and bought a product today for $219.. The lady I dealt with was lovely and helpfully however, I get home to find it at most other stores for around $116 best price was 90 or so bucks. . That's just crazy. They will not get repeat business with me.
At first, I was pretty impressed with the variety of the selection, for a relatively small shop. My partner found what she was looking for and, after some help from the employee, made her selection. At the counter, the employee asked if we had heard about this restorative powder for the product and gave a demo. My partner decided to get some as a last minute add on and we left, only to read the bottle fully and realize the only ingredient was corn starch. She talked up a 1.25oz $13 bottle of CORN STARCH. We did a bit of Googling just to confirm the scammy suspicions, and sure enough. This substance that’s supposed to reduce stickiness and refresh the product ALSO allows the product to harbor more bacteria and increase the likelihood of a yeast infection. Double yay! We immediately went back in to return it and were told they don’t do returns. I get it for health and safety, but this is a bottle of powder that walked out of the store maybe 10 mins ago, not a toy that’s been used. You upsell a grocery product at the counter and refuse a refund when it’s addressed. What a convenient rouse!
Was suggested a product by a employee that was specified for something different, but recommended nonetheless. Due to this it has gotten me sick and as the ingredients are all written in Japanese we could not tell what was in it. It was not an allergic reaction! But I recommend that the employees get further training in regards to what could happen if you recommend products not for what is indicated on the bottle, because they thought it was good.
This place is amazing! Marnie is so nice and helps me and my best friend every time we go in. I wish I could rate this place more than a 5. :
Kirsty was incredibly helpful and professional! Lovely customer service experience. Would recommend this particular store to anyone who might be nervous or uncomfortable buying adult items for the first time.
Friendly and genuine staff who were able to help me find what I was looking for! Going in for the first time get’s me nervous about judgement but these guys are so cool about everything, and they’re defs not under investigation by the ACCC what a bonus!. Lube range is extensive and delicious.
I went there last night the service was great I wasn't exactly sure what I was after but she helped find me the best possible option.
