The best gym in the world. Help! I can’t leave. The food is perfect. The classes are great. The equipment is clean. The gym is never too busy. The facilities are luxurious. The people are models. The staff are friendly.nnThe only thing they don’t have is a room because if they did I would be living here full time.
Such a relaxing space to visit and the treatments are world class. Had an amazing massage and facial with Alana and I highly recommend wiling away a few hours in her treatment room. Don’t forget to leave time for a sauna, cold plunge or steam. As an added bonus get your parking ticket validated for free also.
The most luxurious gym I’ve ever experienced. Yes the membership price is extremely high as well as the wellness membership but so far it is worth it.nnI love all the class so far. Very interesting choice of class varieties across the week. All the hot classes are my FAV.nnI have no problem booking any of my class like many reviews are saying. I actually think the booking system is smooth, via ur phone and their apps - easy to use as well. You can cancel and waitlist, which by far i’ve always get accepted to any waitlist even with 1 day ahead for reformer. With technogym and my whoop band, it’s even easier to track my activities.nnThe staffs are helpful and friendly, always a smile on their face. The new gym and wellness section are incredible.nnJust wish all service is fully functional asap like the altitude room and ice room + dog day care. I do think TFP doesn’t have great communication skills to send out news and update on their progress of the place to customers. They should be more thorough with communicating like what facility is broken, how to access things with the new gym and all. But can understand with the high interest and must be busy, but would be great for a weekly email update and all.
Reception Customer service has really gone down with the Newstead studio. I tried to pay for a reformer 10 pack yesterday at reception and was told to “go do it on the app”. It takes a few seconds to process a payment, I’m already there with my card ready to pay. It’s just lazy & rude. Plus you pay extra fees when you pay on the app compared to paying at front desk.nnI have been a member for 3 years, have felt a change in the level of customer service ever since the new gym opened. I have been understanding that teething issues can be experienced, but it has been months since opening and it hasn’t improved. I found this kind of treatment common with the newer staff, who barely acknowledge you and act annoyed when you need help. I understand this is a luxurious venue, but even the most luxurious hotels & restaurants do not treat customers this way.nnManagers have been amazing and quickly act whenever you leave feedback but you obviously deal with reception staff daily more than you do managers.
I am absolutely loving my treatments with Tamara so far! She has completely changed my skin for the better and is so kind and understanding when it comes to my skincare needs. Also this spa is so relaxing I love coming here each time.
