This is my absolute favorite fitness club. I had been waiting for its opening for two years. From day one, I knew this would be the gym of my life. I love coming here every day. The atmosphere is incredible. The people are wonderful. There is a true sense of safety and comfort. Every visit fills me with energy, motivation, and joy.nnThe gym is modern, luxurious, and meticulously designed. Every corner, every machine, and every space demonstrates incredible attention to detail. Everything works flawlessly. You immediately feel that this is a place that values its members and their experience. The staff are always attentive, professional, and friendly. They make every visit comfortable and enjoyable.nnThe membership fee is completely justified. I sincerely hope the club continues to thrive.nnI would like to gently draw the owners’ attention to one issue. While the public areas are always clean and well-maintained, the women’s facilities, including showers, toilets, sinks, and changing rooms, often require more attention. Although cleaners are present, the cleaning seems partial, selective, and sometimes insufficient. Trash, hair, water, and dirt can accumulate. Sometimes paper towels are missing. I have noticed improvements after addressing this with management, but the situation still requires ongoing oversight. I believe that more thorough and frequent checks by a responsible person could ensure the same high level of cleanliness throughout the club. This is important for a fitness club of this caliber and its reputation.nnI adore this gym and wish it nothing but success and growth. This message is written with deep gratitude. My hope is that the women’s facilities can reflect the same level of excellence that makes the entire club exceptional.

Over the past year I’ve recommended TFP Spa many times, including as a special birthday gift, and would have previously given 5 stars. The experience has always felt premium, very nurturing from being warmly greeted by Kelly encouraging me to come early and use the sauna and cold plunge to the highly skilled therapists, and Rationale skincare.nnIt is expensive, but I’ve been happy to pay for premium service especially when my dry skin was resurfaced and was noticeably different.nnRecently, I was asked to change both my time and therapist. I wanted to wait for my usual therapist, who is trained in Rationale and has been exceptional for my skin. It was only when I said I’d wait for her to return that I was told she was leaving. I was offered another therapist who only occasionally does facials and doesn’t have the same level of experience or training.nnI get that people leave but for trust, experience and skill is very important.
I'm FIFO and have been coming to this gym for a few years now. My membership includes the wellness. I travel a lot for work and am a member of many other gyms. TFP definitely tops it for facilities, cleanliness and the amazing rooftop. I have always found the staff professional and polite. The rooftop staff are even more exceptional with their service at the restaurant/cafe. Recently, I have noticed a lot of members joining who are entitled and arrogant. I suppose this comes with the area. It is unfortunate. Yesterday I was working out and either a new PT or member with an American accent felt she was entitled to take my spot in the calisthenics room. This is a room I regularly workout in, frequently during off peak afternoon. I was already working out there and taking a break. She stormed into the room demanding I move my workout equipment so she could use the lower pole. She then proceeded to physically move my belongings and equipment. So, the vibe is changing here at the gym and it's very disappointing.
I recently signed up at TotalFusion Newstead and had a great experience thanks to Chase. He was extremely professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to give me a thorough tour of the gym, explained all the facilities clearly, and made the entire sign-up process smooth and straightforward. Nothing felt rushed, and he answered all my questions confidently.nnExcellent service and a great first impression of the club - highly recommend speaking with Chase if you’re considering joining.
