This is my absolute favorite fitness club. I had been waiting for its opening for two years. From day one, I knew this would be the gym of my life. I love coming here every day. The atmosphere is incredible. The people are wonderful. There is a true sense of safety and comfort. Every visit fills me with energy, motivation, and joy.nnThe gym is modern, luxurious, and meticulously designed. Every corner, every machine, and every space demonstrates incredible attention to detail. Everything works flawlessly. You immediately feel that this is a place that values its members and their experience. The staff are always attentive, professional, and friendly. They make every visit comfortable and enjoyable.nnThe membership fee is completely justified. I sincerely hope the club continues to thrive.nnI would like to gently draw the owners’ attention to one issue. While the public areas are always clean and well-maintained, the women’s facilities, including showers, toilets, sinks, and changing rooms, often require more attention. Although cleaners are present, the cleaning seems partial, selective, and sometimes insufficient. Trash, hair, water, and dirt can accumulate. Sometimes paper towels are missing. I have noticed improvements after addressing this with management, but the situation still requires ongoing oversight. I believe that more thorough and frequent checks by a responsible person could ensure the same high level of cleanliness throughout the club. This is important for a fitness club of this caliber and its reputation.nnI adore this gym and wish it nothing but success and growth. This message is written with deep gratitude. My hope is that the women’s facilities can reflect the same level of excellence that makes the entire club exceptional.

I'm FIFO and have been coming to this gym for a few years now. My membership includes the wellness. I travel a lot for work and am a member of many other gyms. TFP definitely tops it for facilities, cleanliness and the amazing rooftop. I have always found the staff professional and polite. The rooftop staff are even more exceptional with their service at the restaurant/cafe. Recently, I have noticed a lot of members joining who are entitled and arrogant. I suppose this comes with the area. It is unfortunate. Yesterday I was working out and either a new PT or member with an American accent felt she was entitled to take my spot in the calisthenics room. This is a room I regularly workout in, frequently during off peak afternoon. I was already working out there and taking a break. She stormed into the room demanding I move my workout equipment so she could use the lower pole. She then proceeded to physically move my belongings and equipment. So, the vibe is changing here at the gym and it's very disappointing.
A small issue, but handled poorly.nnI ordered a Green God smoothie with vanilla protein for my three-year-old. The drink was made incorrectly. When I pointed this out, I was asked whether I wanted to pay the difference to get the correct order.nnI left the incorrect smoothie untouched on the counter and paid for the correct one, but the response surprised me. Most cafés simply remake the drink when the order is wrong.nnFor a boutique gym positioning itself as a premium experience, I would expect a higher standard of customer service.
I had an absolutely extraordinary experience at the Spa at TotalFusion Platinum Newstead.nnFrom the moment I arrived, every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious — beautiful robes and slippers, Aesop products in the showers, gorgeous music, heated treatment beds, warm oils… all the little touches that make you feel genuinely looked after rather than simply booked in for a treatment.nnAnd then there was Sarah, my massage therapist. She was OUTSTANDING.nnBefore we began, Sarah took the time to connect with me and really understand what I needed from the session. What followed was honestly the best massage I have ever had. It went beyond relaxation — it felt almost medicinal in its quality. Sarah was incredibly intuitive, skilled and attentive, and I felt completely cared for throughout the entire treatment.nnI floated out afterwards feeling deeply relaxed, restored and already determined to come back.nnI've been fortunate enough to enjoy spa experiences at some beautiful venues, including The Calile, and this experience genuinely surpassed them for me. The combination of the facilities, thoughtful details, the team and, most importantly, exceptional treatment from Sarah made this something very special.nnAn easy five stars. Sarah, you are magic.
