Today marks 105 days since I ordered 2x easy mix 100L steel wheelbarrows at a cost of $438. This was an online order and were in stock at the time of purchase. I was later told they were out of stock and it might be a bit of a wait on them. As I ordered them for a job in advance that was okay. Little did I know 105 days and counting I still have not received my wheelbarrows. This is terrible business and 0 pride in customer service. I want my wheelbarrows so I don’t have to deal with total tools againnUpdate: today is 106 days. I have made 4 follow up calls regarding my wheelbarrows since I ordered them and haven’t had a follow up call myself from total tools.nUpdate: today marks 107 daysnUpdate today marks 108 daysnUpdate: today is day 109. I have received a call from a lady I haven’t dealt with before who was very helpful. I will be getting an upgrade on my wheelbarrows and delivery free of charge. I recommend this woman request a job at Sydney tools where she will be around nice helpful staff like herself.

Went into the Traralgon store to purchase a 3/4 drive impact wrench. Owen assisted me in matching the correct product for my particular needs. Awesome customer service and knowledge of products. Great work. I will be back. Thanks
