I want to acknowledge Total Tools Bendigo for an outstanding customer experience my husband & i had at this store.  My husband is a tradesman, & had most of his tools written off in an accident, & needed them replaced.  Initially i called the store with a list i wanted quoted, & dealt with Paul. He assisted me with rough costings for replacement. He emailed me a quotation & was extremely helpful, & nothing was too much trouble. We then visited the store whereby we met Paul in person to discuss replacement options. As my husbands original tools were quite old, my husband wanted to look over the newest technology & latest range of tools on offer.  Paul was so knowledgeable with EVERY tool we spoke about, & the different brands & options.  He spent a significant amount of time showing us the tools, going over our options & the different combo packs available to get the best deal for what we were spending.  He was NEVER impatient with all of the questions we had, or how long a time the process was taking.  My husband ended up coming back the  next day as we didn't get through it all, & again, Paul went through more options etc, with the same care & patience as the day before, until finally all of the required tool choices were finalised, & a deal was done.  Paul's knowledge of the products he sells is outstanding & he was a true gentleman to deal with.  Well done & thank you Total Tools Bendigo & in particular to Paul for an amazing customer service experience.

Phoned Total Tools store today and spoke with a very rude and unhelpful staff member by the name of Brad. Absolutely disgusted at the manner I was spoken to. Cannot believe the rudeness and attitude when calling the store for assistance.

Chris, the shift manager that served me today is an absolute legend. Genuinely friendly and couldn't do enough to help get me back on the job. My next tool purchase will definetly be with Total Tools.

Lachlan was super helpful! I needed help buying a wipper snipper and other drill parts and he was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He made the daunting process easy!

Super friendly staff, nothing's too much to ask for assistance. Good range and great stock levels.
