For a company with such an amazing worldwide reputation you would expect more professionalism and a good service. Unfortunately you will not find it here. Serviced our car as it was reaching the 10k km mark and decided to take to the brand as a more trustworthy option. Couldn't be more wrong. Car got serviced and it was identified 3 issues that required attention and approval was conceded to fix them overall cost > $1000. A few weeks later and after being guaranteed that the car was working perfectly fine, it broke down. Spent $ in returning back to Perth to Nissan. After evaluating, a problem was identified that allegedly wasn't connected to the initial problems verified. Spent other $1000 and was guaranteed once again that now, the car was perfectly functional. Couple of weeks later car starts to do a similar noise to the one before it broke down after being serviced. Brought the car to Nissan and a new problem was identified requiring another piece above $1000. To call negligence to the service provided wouldn't be an understatement. Really disappointed and frustrated. No ownership of the mistakes and not fixing the issues "found". Car gets in for service working and never gets out working fine again.
Our car was working perfectly. We just took the car to be serviced. Just after it, our car started to make a weird noise and broke down. They said we have to pay over $1000 for a part. We paid it, and after using our car once it starts to make the same noise. Now they say we have to pay over $800. Our car was in perfect condition. It looks they are messing up trying to fix it, but they prefer to clean their hands.
The cars are excellent. This cars are for people looking for cheap to slightly expensive cars. Not as good as the Mercedes cars but good enough. I'll rate them 5 stars for good range and variety, but for epic quality and good service as well as manufacturing of the car, I'll rate it 3.9 Stars. Service centre work is very poor. They don't work to their own checklist. Don't top up fluids , suggest you to carry out some expensive work and way costly. AHG should cut their ties with total Nissan.
The review is for Spare Parts. Abdul is great and the man to see if you drive an import. Nissan are very lucky to have someone with his knowledge about older Nissan's.
Worst place for a service ever , no vehicle inspection report , paid for a service and 2 new tyres then realised a week later they didn’t fit tyres , ring up and they say yes we have your tyres here .. sorry forgot .. go back a week later to get tires fitted , drop car at 7am and go back at 4pm and not ready … steer clear of this place
Buying my first car, brand new to save all the hassle is what I thought I bought my car at the end of June this year 2021 and its a great car to drive but the paint work has started to show dark blemishes on almost every panel. It's getting worse each day and although I've contacted the dealership they have messed me around, made me run around for them to take it to a car paint place for them to assess it for me to be told I spilt something on it. I've spoken to several car paint professionals which have said its clearly happening under the top gloss coat and then rusting through. There is also rust under the chassis, on the hinges and under the hood. This car is a lemon and I expect to have to take this to court to finally get a resolution. I wouldn't recommend shopping with Nissan cannington as I feel their customer service is very poor and disappointing.
Absolute waste of time dealing with these clowns. Especially the spare parts department. Takes phone order then they don’t order the parts and offer no apologies for the hassle. Avoid dealing with these people.
Well, I wish I can give a negetive review. They have made sure the car comes back to them with faults. No moral No responsibility. We bought this car in 2020 with only 42000 km done on it. After our first regular servicing after purchase, the rough road sign and engine oil sign started coming on. We went back and got it repaired. After about 2 months, coolent lekage started. We went back and got it repaired. Again, after 2 months, we went back with same issues of rough road and engine oil sign constantly on with a bumy ride, bad idelling, failure to speed pick up etc. We are disappointed in your service. Total Nissan services.
As others have said, appears to be under new management, but really disappointed since the change. Had a repair made under warranty, even though it was past kilometers, by previous management since it was a very well-known issue with the model. Now it's just like most dealerships, will wipe their hands clean of things like that. No effort to try and retain customers after the capped price servicing/warranty period - that should really say it all about what type of business they are after. Better value elsewhere.
