Recently my 10 year old iMac died. I could not turn it on and to top it off my external back up had failed. After much conversation with Apple phone consultants and also taking it to Apple store at Chermside, they told me they could not help because it was a 'vintage model'. So I brought it here to the guys at Microsystems and they retrieved all the data on my hard drive and migrated it to the new one without a hitch. Thank you for your service, it was a lifesaver.

First time I went, guy was very helpful, asked me questions, didn't push me to buy anything. Second time I went, this guy was extremely rude. Just brushed me off, didn't care about the questions I was asking. I'm not expecting him to tell me his life or kiss my feet, but an actual genuine interest of my questions would be great. I know it probably doesn't matter but i'm not going back.

these guys are awesome and don't charge like a wounded bull. my iphone stopped recently and I was told by an apple store there was nothing that could be done for the phone and to save the data it would have to be sent to another place,and would cost me a few hundred dollars. so I contacted these guys and not only did they save all my data,but they also got the phone going for me which I am still using,all done for less than $100,so yes these guys are very efficient,fast and I totally recommend!!

Total Microsystems have been my choice for computer sales service and accessories over the past 7 years plus. Service and price has always been A grade.
