Very helpful and patient staff member at the shoe section. He was running around serving a number of customers at the same time so we did not have to wait long. We were there this morning. Rebel is located near the food court at the western end of the shopping centre.
Loved it... staff was really helpful and your not standing around trying to find someone to help you out. Unfortunately didnt find what I was looking for but still very happy with the service they provide.
Staff seem uninterested to serve. The lady at the counter charged me $20 more that the sale price. Either she was slow or the register is slow. Have had better service in their other stores.
Took 12 min to find someone to help me, and they had no clue where the foot ball tape was and aimlessly took me around the shop. Pretty poor customer service....

The manager, Corrine, was particularly helpful when we had a small issue with my son's bike, going above and beyond to work out a solution to our problem. Thank you!
Terrible customer service in the shoe department. Was prepared to spend $500 on two pairs of asics and the "Salesman" just pointed to the shoe and walked off. Quite frankly I'd never walk into that store again. Would give zero stars if I could!
