So sad to write this but hopefully this review might help them think about either getting more staff or just be more polite to those who enquire. I rushed from work arriving at 4.30 thinking yay its late night I can get my nails done to be told no we are closing , even before 5. Then I was told 3 times in the past 2 weeks that they are booked up for the day. Took a good few minutes for someone to even look up and acknowledge I was standing at the counter then to be told at 11am they are booked up for the day 3 times running, I find that a little hard to believe. I have watched one of the staff almost faint while working, I haven't seen her there for a while now, she was lovely. Very disappointed.

Overbooked and filthy dirty, I sat down and realised I was sitting on someone else’s nail clippings .   They not only left me waiting for 30 minutes after booking in advance,  they also ruined my nails by leaving them in acetone for so long my fingers were burning.   Ended up removing the acetone myself and leaving - don’t think the guy that was meant to be doing my nails even noticed!Service:&nbsp;Dip powder

Worst experience in a nail salon, rude and snarling staff will never ever use this salon again! Nor do I recommend. Poor service and quality of nails also poor! My 4 year old daughter does a better job!Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

Worst nail salon on the Sunshine Coast. The salon is unhygienic, dirty towels from the day before are pilled up in the middle of the room, floor is unswept and place smells. Gentlemen who runs the place is arrogant, has a nasty attitude and is unfriendly. Will never go to this nail salon again.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

I had a good experience here, the people working were lovely and happy  to fit me in they fit me in in 15 minutes as a walk in  which I was not expecting and reasonably priced, some things could use a good wipe down but it was just after Christmas, happy with the resultService:&nbsp;Nail extensions

Place was filthy, they squeezed me in for a very quick set of acrylics, they turned out looking bloody terrible.. would not recommendService:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

Worst PRDICURE I have ever had!!!  Rude, barely looked at my feet except to paint. Unhygienic, didn't do my cuticles until I asked and then barely, ran a file over there nails for three seconds. Towels were dirty.  Files and nippers reused without cleaning. Scrubbed my soles again for no more than 15 seconds each,  same with leg "massage". Didn't have my polish colour and the colour I finally picked was old,  dry and almost empty.  Then she rushed the drying time barely giving the final coat 60 seconds so she could rush through another client. THEN CHARGED $45. DO NOT GO THERE.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

If I could give no stars in would. Very unhygienic, salon was dirty, the staff member was very rude and did a substandard job.  Very disappointing as I like to support Nambour’s small business’Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

Awful customer service, I went in with my 3 year old daughter and was told to come back in 30 minutes, so I did then waited an additional 45 mins, they then started serving others, before us, I questioned this and no one could answer me. Had the worst experience, and left crying, would never support this business again.

DO NOT GO THERE Absolutely horrible. Not only it took them 1h50min to do my nails but the result is horrible. I asked to have them redone and the only option I was given was to have them removed. Those if you who do nails understand how thin and damaged they are once “removed” so that was not an option. I still had to pay full price. Definitely I do not recommend this place. The person on third photo is who did my nails.Service:&nbsp;Dip powder
