This is a great church, every revival fellowship world wide preaches the same message about being right with GOD, repent be baptised and receive the holy Spirit and continue walking on in the Spirit. GODs message doesn’t change and these guys stick to what JESUS said and the teachings of the word of GOD. No matter where I go in the world, I know the unity the brethren have because we’ve all had the same experience and we all preach the same message. Praise GOD for his son and his Spirit, great church.
Conrad’s sermon was on achieving lifestyle goals through striving in order to receive the goal - which is the reward in Heaven. Your desire should be for Heaven. No mention of Christ being our desire or reward. No mention of looking to Jesus or to the Holy Spirit for empowerment. Worldly texts were quoted, as examples of how to reach your goals. They believe in empowerment or perhaps inspiration by being in the company of capable people. not 'couch potatoes' They believe they are saved only if they speak in tongues. On the way out two people from two different directions came out to 'bail me up'.
They're a welcoming bunch of people. We came from Victoria and found our Church here, and in the first week of our arrival in the state! We still attend and it's over a month now.
Faithful, rejoicing, true, strong.
