Bought new Husqvarna ride on mower. Was delivered to me with rust spots at welds of bumper bar. This dealer has not been responding to my communications for a warranty claim . I had to go to another dealer to lodge a warranty claim. Very dissapoibted with their customer service.
Good store, and I like the products, but $20 for a very basic foam air filter element for my brush cutter is a rort! It's literally a thin piece of foam about 25cm² cut to shape. At least give me 2 for that price!
Found their services dropped to poorly responsive and unprofessional as a result after just 1 year into 5 year warranty.
