I am beyond happy with my experience at Toowoomba Orthodontists. Emily, Chris and Ashley are quality specialists that value clients in all aspects. They do a tremendous job ensuring near perfect results! All of their staff are exceptional and second to none. They are friendly, welcoming and very caring. A special mention to Amy for going out of her way to ensure a smooth treatment process. Thank you to all staff for making my orthodontist trips worthwhile!!
All 3 my boys were treated by Dr Smith and have beautiful smiles. Wonderful staff. Highly recommend.
I had my wire break and my orthodontist was closed we called and they were very friendly and helpful, got us to come straight in and fixed the wire. Job well done. Would definitely recommend.
I cannot speak highly enough of Toowoomba orthodontics. Yesterday was a remarkable experience. They made so much time for me, I left feeling like a cared for client, not rushed in the slightest. I was Genuinely spoken to and couldn't be happier with the experience. Special thanks to Hayley! And her awesome offsider Anna! Chris gets a special mention as well, I can't thank him enough for the input for the work Yesterday. The ladies at the front desk are so lovely as well, i had the pleasure of dealing with both ladies. Thank you so much, be proud - you are a fantastic team !
Both my boys had braces through Toowoomba Orthodontists and they now have lovely straight teeth. The girls at the front counter are fantastic to deal with especially when I ring up with a silly question, the orthodontists and the other staff that help them are brilliant at what they do. I would definitely recommend this business to other people.
Both my children are being treated here and I’ve had no issues. Reception always fits you in if there are any issues but it’s really all the girls that make it such a great place to go. They are all beautifully presented lovely girls who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and my daughter has just finished with her braces and her teeth couldn’t be more perfect. Dr Ashley did a fantastic job and even lasered her gums at the end and now she has so much confidence and can’t stop smiling. Fantastic
Having braces from Dr Ashley Smith was one of the more terrible experiences of my life. I had braces with Ashley from approx 2007 until 2012. And many people had similar experiences with him. He was more interested in charging maximum price to fund his sailing hobby, which he takes regular holidays for, interrupting treatment often. After initially telling me I would need a maximum of 18 months with braces to fix a minor overbite, I ended up with 5 years of extremely painful braces, low quality fitting on the teeth causing the braces to often break off my teach due to awkward positioning from the wire. Dr Smith himself was often rude, and insulting, and would be rough with utensils in your mouth. I often left my visits feeling upset and in unnecessary pain. I didn't get my braces removed until I confronted Dr Smith and told him i no longer wanted the traces or required his services and demanded the be removed from my mouth. Dr Ashley Smith provided a VERY expensive service, that came with unfriendly service, poor quality dental care, and no final result. Would NOT recommend this orthodontist to anyone.
I’d like to say a big thank you to Toowoomba Orthodontics for their excellent service while improving my smile! Their team created a happy, relaxed environment and delivered excellent care every time. Dr Emily Close and Dr Chris Turnock were absolute perfectionists.
Ashley, Chris and Emily are all fantastic! I would recommend their services very highly, and it was inspiring to see lots of before and after photos in their waiting room. The clinic was well organised, clean and comfortable. I was also able to see my progress and planned result with their digital treatment through Invisalign. They went the extra mile to accommodate my appointments as I traveled 2.5 hours to see them. Every visit was a pleasure and I couldn't be happier with my smile! :D
