The sales team is amazing, just bought my first car here and am absolutely happy with it! I was introduced to the details of the car, went for a test drive which made me confident about buying a car from these guys. Darren and Chris helped me a lot, Chris is the most excellent and helpful salesman I've come across, so if you've got your eyes on one of their cars, go talk to Chris and you know you've come to the right place. Overall very satisfied with the purchase experience here, will definitely recommend my friends to Toowoomba Holden in the future
4 stars only for the servicing 1 for customer service . Unfortunately, with regards to their communication on servicing specifically for the on road assist lapsing without notifying me when getting serviced was non existent. It wasn’t until I called 3 times following up on the letters I had received from RACQ I was informed the road side assist won’t be renewed as I hit my 45k service. My car only has 15k. When queried they forced out an insincere apology. For this, they have lost a local customer.
I went there for a service on my still under warranty Colorado. They found the air box cracked and tried to charge me for it. I said it should be warranty. In a surly manner, I was told they will TRY putting it through warranty but I may have to pay. They had to take my Holden stage 1 bash plate, which had no problem, off to get at the car underneath. When trying to put it on a bolt broke and "as it isn't a Holden genuine ".... at which point I interrupted and said "It bloody is, put on by Holden when I bought it" so they said they have to put in an order for bolts. I asked them to replace, under warranty, the faulty torque converter. They refused saying it had no problems regardless of the shudder, in it, from a standing start. I told them driver rear vision mirror now doesn't fold in and want that fixed under warranty. They refused as they couldn't find a problem even though I showed it not folding in then told me because I hadn't gotten it previously serviced at a Holden place every time, no warranty repair and I said it ONLY went to a Holden place. They got the book out and took photos of every stub. Finally, the bash plate bolts came in and they put it back. Ever since, a clunk noise when turning a corner. Fed up with this place I took it to a suspension specialist who told me they had stuffed the thread on one bolt and left the rest loose. He tightened everything he could. No noise now. I wouldn't go to this place for service, ever again. However, I went to their Spare Parts and the guy there was excellent.
partnet took her car in for a service was charged for a new cabin filter few months later air con stopped blowing air threw vents. so i checked the cabin filter and it had the date it was changed last time on the side and was full of dirt and leaves had not been changed or even blown out even tho they charged for a new one . dealership taking advantage if people and not doing what they say. will never deal with this useless dealership/ workshop again
My experience with the Service Department was just as bad as all the other 1 star reviews. My car was only 5 years old had all of its services and had never missed a beat until I took my car to Holden Toowoomba for a regular service. It’s just far too upsetting to go through the whole list of mistakes they had made on my car, & after driving it home in the state they returned it to me it completely ruined it. They didn’t take any responsibility for their actions and I ended up selling it as scrap for $500 a year later. My car market value beforehand was 18,000 & after a routine service plus the repairs to their mistakes I was forced to pay out an extra $3000 . So whatever you do…don’t take your car to be serviced by Toowoomba Holden. Good luck
- Have experienced multiple, problems, with their, service. Stereo head unit faulted, 2 more replacement ones were also faulty. Multiple trips to get it finally repaired. - Had a problem with the shocks, was told they would be swapped under warranty - when i had taken the car in to be repaired I was informed they would not be fixed under warranty. - Booked car in for outake vvt cam shaft solenoid to be replaced - they did not change the intake one - check engine error light showed up within 50 km's of picking the car up - had to waste 2 more days for them to repair the problem.
Be very wary when asking for finance with this dealer. I received some misleading information from the finance team when I asked for a loan with this dealer. Now I know what I got into. I have no trust on this dealer anymore. It is not right to provide wrong information to close a deal. What a pity!.

My husband had a great experience purchasing our second vehicle. The salesman was very polite and worked hard to get us the best deal! Also, their service centre is great and always answers any questions we have.
I recently purchased from Toowoomba Holden Used Cars. They gave us a good deal and our sales person, Daniel Alcock, went above and beyond our expectations when we test drove and took delivery of the vehicle. Everything went smoothly and the staff were friendly.
