Went there with every intention of spending money to wash my car. When i got there i had my bucket and products and all i asked was for some water to fill my bucket. Was told that they couldn't give me water and that i had to put money in the machine to fill it up. What a bloody joke. I said to the guy there that i was still planning on spending upto $20 as i would still need to rinse of my car and vacuum it. But still refused to fill my bucket for me. What piss poor service. Went to the car wash opposite waters st and they were happy to do so and i will continue to go there even though they are further away for me.

Why would you bother? Was disappointed when I was told there was a $1 eftpos surcharge amounting to 4% of the transaction value. In this day and age when the ACCC and the RBA have said traders need to charge a fair amount - these guys appear to be gouging their customers. I mentioned to the staff member that this seemed an unreasonable amount and he said a lot of customer tell him that but the boss doesn't listen - he said if doesn't charge the surcharge he'll be sacked. The other thing I don't like about this car wash is they say they do a chamois dry down - but they only do the top half of the car - the bits you can see. Seems cheap and penny pinching and I'll be going to the other car wash which does a full chamois for $3 less.

Reasonably priced and does a decent job. They get you on the base price so you might as well go for gold. Hadn't washed my car for a few months so it certainly needed a bit of work. Came out looking pretty good. Would recommend even though there was a bit of a wait and I felt a bit guilty for making the hamsters in the attendant's head work overtime trying to figure out how much change to give for a $50.

Put a coin in and it used about half of the time to prime the treatment for the car. Not just once but every time on each different cycle.
