I am amazed that any small business would not want customers in this difficult economic climate.nTo support smaller business, I contacted this store rather than big business, wanting to purchase whitegoods. Product was out of stock so I was advised it could be ordered in, but could take a couple of weeks. I waited a couple of weeks and phoned back and asked for the lady I had been dealing with. She was busy so I was told she would ring me back. She didn't.nDays later, I phoned and asked for her again. Left a message with fellow who answered phone .... same thing, busy and would ring back.nDays later, same story. I am gobsmacked to think Betta doesn't want my custom.nI have now given up and ordered the product through the larger supplier.nShame on Betta that they could not bother to provide service.
