My family and I have seen dr Geetha for years and I highly recommend her! She is always willing to listen to the patients and provide thorough assessments. She only prescribes medications when it is really deemed necessary and always makes a doctor visit less-scary for my children.  Some other doctors in this clinic, however, have different approach in seeing patients and are only interested in referring patients to specialists or have a really bad rational used of medicine. We’ll stick to seeing dr. Geetha from now on.

Booked appointment with ease, great friendly staff who treated my child with respect at all times. Our doctor was thorough, asking my son consent every step of the way duringhis exam. My son is autistic and his doctor really made an effort to not only treat my son, but to help him feel safe. Highly recommend.

Have had Dr Louise-Gore Jones as my GP for around 8yrs now. She is always friendly, up to date and pro active with my whole family. It’s so comforting to have a doctor I can trust will look after us all. The reception staff are also fantastic, always friendly and helpful.

I booked for Covid and Flu vaxes at the same time and it all went seamlesssly! Quickly in, quickly done and that was after a last minute change I made to my appointment! The staff were all lovely. Danielle was looking after reception on her own after another staff member had to go home and was handling a lot of pressure brilliantly. My Dr Tarunnum was excellent and my nurse Emma was fantastic. I received excellent and professional service. I have always found Dr Anu extremely helpful in listening to and assisting me in responding to my health concerns and in what she can do professionally to assist. I would also like to add this also applies to the receptionists on the front desk who today surpassed service requirements inzssisting me with mobile phone technology issues a d would like to thank them both very much Kind regards Jenny Paige

this clinic didn’t tell me I need to see the doctor first and then I can get my treatment. On the phone they just told me come for an appointment to complete the procedure. My time is valuable!!! They should tell me when I made my appointment. It is so bad service to let me spend double time !!!!! Every time time is valuable

After an unfortunate accident on the playground, I took my young daughter to MyHealth Toowong to seek advice. The receptionist was lovely and, after soothing my extremely distraught and scared daughter, fit me in to see Dr Rueben. Within minutes, Dr Rueben was by our side, offering his wonderful bedside manner and helping my daughter. Although she was terrified, he made her relax enough to check her over. The nurse was wonderful too. She cleaned my little one up and before too long, we were on our way home. I honestly couldn’t rate todays consultation high enough. I am so grateful to have this wonderful practice within our community.

Having moved from interstate I needed to find a new medical centre. Since I’m using public transport, this centre is convenient to access for me. I found the reception staff to be of the highest professional standard which gives a new patient confidence that the doctors will also be empathetic and professional. Highly recommend

Dr Ruban Sankar is by far the most lovely and nicest Dr I’ve ever seen. I strongly suggest seeing him. If you have any issues.  I had a very pleasant experience and felt the need to leave a review.

In the past I've had very good experiences with this clinic but the last visit was not so good. I booked a flu shot over 65yo in person and was told to come in at 8:40. Appointment made and I arrived at 8:35. Told to go in the back and wait. At 9:10 I had seen no one, went to the front and said I have been waiting half an hour for a flu shot, had seen no one in that half hour and just said I have waited long enough and had things to do. Went down to the chemist on the bottom floor and got a flu shot in 5 minutes! I don't understand what was going on at the clinic that morning? As I've said I have been to them a few times in the past and everything had been done well and fairly quickly. What happened this time?
