Had my referred appointment today which took months of waiting. The receptionists were nice and polite, just spoke too quietly. However, it took me longer to fill out the paperwork then I spent in with the doctor, which was a total of 10mins. His diagnosis felt very general and I left feeling like I was back at square one. The price is a phenomenal $277 for a 10min appointment that told me exactly what I already know. I left with a  bag of moisturizers I could of gotten for 1/8 of the cost at a pharmacy and a pamphlet. It just felt very rushed and overpriced.

Waited a long time for my appointment. When I finally did get to see my referred doctor he was impatient and short with me. Waste of time and money. Very disappointing. I just want my condition treated, not to come out feeling awful and without a successful resolution. Would not recommend

Initial consultation was great, got cream for spots ,was supposed to check in with Dr after 14 days which I did, then nothing no response no call backs no emails, cream was burning my skin, I  did stop using it. Tried to get appointment via webpage 1 year later, again no responses. Can't recommend this clinic. Very disappointed

Front end staff need training as they are short, monotone and rude. Almost like speaking to a robot but without manners. Spoke with 3 different receptionist and had the same result on all occasions. Cancelled the appointment and have now booked else where.

The first visit was good although quite pricey for a 10 minute consult. The charge was upwards of 200. The 2nd one was over the phone and paid close to 200 for just abt 5 minutes. Worse, I was sent the recommendation for diagnostic test which was basis for ceasing a drug therapy 2 weeks after the consultation session. I had to decide to stop the drug immediately as it had unwanted side effects.

I saw Dr Nerilee Wall she was the most amazing, compassionate, caring doctor i have met in a long time.  Very thorough and knowledgeable and really listened.  I recommend her highly.

I had the pleasure of meeting Doctor Sarath Bodapati yesterday 5/08/2021 and he is a true professional, he  explained everything to see and gave idiot proof  instructions and I found the receptionists fantastic and truly help full.  I am terrible on names but the receptionists phoned me about three times and each time they were patient and very help full.  Keep up the good work girls.

The last two times I have attended I have felt very rushed and did not achieve all that I needed from the appointment. Both appointments were not thorough. I was still, however, charged in full.

Dr Andrews is an incredibly caring and supportive doctor. She is always thorough and takes the time to listen to and support you. I highly recommend her and always look forward to my appointments with her.

Dr Lee was very good however the clinic is let down by very poor reception staff Kate. Often being rude and abrupt during my recent dealings with them. Unfortunately will not be returning and unable to recommend to anyone.
