We had a fantastic shopping experience on Monday with Jo and Tash. They were very friendly and welcoming, Jo was very professional and patient and made sure my daughter was very happy with her purchase. This experience is exactly why we prefer to shop in store. Thanks Jo and Tash.
Poor customer service and terrible attitude. Staff were distracted talking to people outside and to each other. Had to wait 5 minutes to be assisted with a size of shoes while the staff were playing with a dog outside. Decided to put them back and leave, barley got a good bye, just a rude “thanks”. Lost a customer.

Friendly as always. A pleasure to be acknowledged. It has been 2 yrs since my review and thought of updating. There are new TB girls who are just as friendly and helpful as the TB girls gone. The girls are always pleasant and helpful. Each goes out of their way to assist and I can honestly say even whilst under pressure they are always smiling. In these trying times, we ought to be appreciative to have stores that are welcoming and helpful. It is always a pleasure to enter the Rundle St store. Keep smiling TB girls.

The staff was keeping talking with someone who was not buying anything, I kept waiting there and decided not to buy two pair of shoes which I planned to purchase.
