Wonderful Staff…Going to have a car fixed and finding a good mechanic can be a hassle. I have to say, I had a great experience yesterday at Tony Allen Auto Services. Not only are they nice but I had made a mistake on my booking time, they still fixed my car while I waited and did a 100% perfect job. I had gone to two other mechanics to get the same job done but neither fixed the issue but Tony Allen’s did. I feel they have done a great job, going above and beyond in my opinion. Also, the fact that they have a large waiting area with restrooms, great coffee and I hear they are about to provide WIFI for their guest as well. I cannot say how valuable that is to me as I need to do work while I am getting my car attended to! This place will continue to have my business. Thank you so much!!, Patrick

I used Tony Allen to complete a full service on my vehicle. It cost me $1050 just before Christmas. The day after getting it back at home it would not start. Called them, and they could not tell me what was wrong with it now, so had to arrange MYSELF to get it back into their workshop, as they don't pick up or arrange a tow (Even though we just picked it up a day earlier and was charged a hefty $1050 for work done? I drop it off and then call them back later to find out what is wrong with it, and they tell me after looking at my vehicle AGAIN that it was a completely different problem !! Well what was the full service for?..... $300 later, charged for another mechanical problem. So all up $1300 approx. for a whole lot of trouble.....Oh by the way forget about mechanical warranties, they mean NOTHING !!
