I had a burst hot water pipe in our bathroom - of course it had to be on a weekend!  The plumber arrived very quickly and fixed the problem - he was extremely courteous and more importantly cleaned up after the job was done. I can highly recommend Tonkin Plumbing.

Disappointed customer. Had a few jobs scheduled to start on a Friday afternoon. We didn't need the whole job done, only certain parts for other trades to progress. The Tonkin guy had a look at the jobs with and was given an idea of the parts that needed to get done that afternoon. He said, it should only take a couple of hours and left to get materials. But he did not return. Instead head office called me to reschedule (meanwhile my husband was waiting for the return of the plumber, no idea he was not to return). This poor service resulted in following trades to be delayed. And we were advised this job would take 2 guys a whole day. We did not use Tonkin for the job. We used a different plumber who did the job in less than a day by himself. So we not only did we not get a plumber, we certainly would have had to pay more had we gone through with Tonkin.

Tonkin Plumbing saved the day for us with a house full of visitors, a broken pump and a household completely without water! speedy, friendly and professional service. We couldn't be more grateful for their help. Amazing team. Thanks so much team Tonkin!
